Montaigne (Jessica Alyssa Cerro) is an Australian singer-songwriter celebrated for their distinctive art-pop sound, powerful vocals, and imaginative songwriting. Emerging in 2014, Montaigne gained national recognition with the debut album *Glorious Heights*, which won the ARIA Award for Breakthrough Artist. They have since released acclaimed albums including *Complex*, *Making It!*, and *it's hard to be a fish*, blending theatrical pop, indie influences, and deeply personal lyricism. Montaigne also represented Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song "Technicolour," further cementing their reputation as one of Australia's most inventive contemporary artists.
