Bio
Snowy Band is a Melbourne-based indie rock project led by Liam “Snowy” Halliwell, a Wagga Wagga-born musician also known for his work with The Ocean Party and Pop Filter. Formed alongside longtime collaborators Nat Pavlovic, Emma Russack, and Dylan Young, the band crafts warm, understated songs that blend melodic indie rock with folk influences and thoughtful storytelling. Their music is characterized by road-tested arrangements, close-knit musicianship, and a natural chemistry developed through years of performing together. Following their 2021 album *Alternate Endings*, Snowy Band returned with "God Texted Back," showcasing a stylistic and thematic evolution while retaining the intimate, lived-in feel that defines their sound.
