Bio
Uppercut is a high‑energy Australian rock outfit from Melbourne that fuse classic rock ’n’ roll, punk attitude and 90s‑era metal into a sound they’ve dubbed “Newah Metal.” Fronted by vocalist Dylan Beast and driven by punchy guitar work and driving rhythms, the band channels an intense live energy and vintage‑inspired riffs designed to shake up local stages. Former members of City Sharps and Goldfish helped form the lineup, bringing a mix of seasoned experience and raw grit to their performances. Their single *“The Way You Want It”* showcases Uppercut’s blend of catchy hooks and bold, in‑your‑face lyrics, earning traction on Australian rock playlists and live circuits.
