Marjorie Migliaccio, better known as Bloody Mary, is a French‑born, Berlin‑based DJ, producer, and founder of the Dame‑Music label. She’s a respected figure in the global techno and electronic music scene, known for her deep musical knowledge, vinyl‑centric approach, and elegant stage presence. Bloody Mary’s passion for music began in the South of France, where her love of new wave and rave culture led her to collect records and learn turntablism. She quickly established herself as a resident DJ at Studio 88 in Aix‑en‑Provence before relocating to Berlin in 2005, a move that elevated her career internationally. In 2006 she began producing, releasing early work on Sender Records, and in 2009 launched her debut album, “Black Pearl,” on Contexterrior — marking a significant artistic milestone. In 2010, Bloody Mary founded her own imprint, Dame‑Music, which has since released over 30+ vinyl and digital records and hosted label showcases across Europe. Her sound blends house, techno, and acid influences — heavily inspired by ‘90s electronic pioneers — and she balances DJ sets with hardware‑driven live performances. Today she’s closely associated with Berlin’s techno community, including collectives like Gegen and Pornceptual, and holds a residency at Tresor Berlin. Bloody Mary has toured worldwide, appearing at major festivals (WMC, ADE, Sonar, Movement Detroit) and top clubs (Fabric London, Space Ibiza, Panorama Bar Berlin, Smart Bar Chicago), making her one of the scene’s most enduring and influential artists.
