Kailyn Crabbe is a West Australian-born and Naarm-based DJ living on Wurundjeri Country. Weaving together techy house and housey tech with bone-shaking UKG and dubstep, Kailyn is comfortable playing everywhere from DIY raves to densely packed club rooms Her sets hone in on a communal sense of elation, wrapping dancefloors in an eclectic haze of hyper-hypnagogic rhythms. Known best as the preeminent dance music expert at triple J, she hosts and programs Mix Up, platforming the sounds of the underground on national radio while shining a light on the diverse and exciting community she’s deeply couched in. You can also find her hosting guest DJs on triple j's Friday Mix segment, and triple j Unearthed's Warehouse program, a weekly round-up of all-Australian electronic sounds.
