Purée are an Australian indie rock band from Adelaide, South Australia, made up of four friends: Matt Holland (vocals/guitar), Jack Foale (lead guitar), Liam Woolcock (drums) and Mackenzie Adcock (bass). Their music blends jangly indie rock with pop‑infused hooks, energetic riffs and emotionally direct lyrics, creating anthemic songs built for live performance. They’ve been gaining traction on national platforms like triple j Unearthed, with singles such as “GO,” “Someone You’d Like” and “Inspired To Do Nothing” showcasing their dynamic sound and knack for catchy songwriting. In 2025–2026, Purée released their EP What Happens Now?, supported by a national tour, and have shared stages with major names including Beddy Rays, Dear Seattle, Girl In Red, Conan Gray and more — marking them as one of Australia’s rising indie rock acts.
